Supporting businesses and leaders...
COVID-19 has caused extraordinary disruption to our lives and employee health and wellbeing has inevitably suffered as a consequence. Hybrid working, increased isolation and lack of human connection are some of the many side effects. That's why we have launched Midweek Minds, an occasional drop-in conference hosted on Zoom. The idea is to host a conversation about coping with the stresses of an uncertain and changing workplace both in terms of employees and business leaders. There will be a big focus on employee engagement and mental health. Consider it your regular check-in for your health and wellbeing.
Feel like you could contribute or benefit from that conversation? We're equally happy if you want to dial in and just listen but also would value your input into making this a rich and vibrant conversation.
